A typical week offers in-person runs on Monday at 5am, Tuesday at 6pm, Wednesday at 5am, and Saturday at 730am. We partner with Physio Lab to offer Mobility and Flexibility Classes on Monday and Thursday at 6pm.
Nearly all workouts are coach led with a programmed mix of interval, tempo, and hill runs in addition to general easy paced base mileage. We welcome all levels of experience from Walk/Run to Advanced Racers.
We generally train to target local races, but welcome runners with a wide variety of experience/expectations. If you have a specific goal, let us know and we'll be happy to help you build for your target event.
