A typical week offers in-person runs on Monday at 5am, Tuesday at 5:30pm, Wednesday at 5am, and Saturday at 8am. Seasonally we offer supplemental workouts as well such as yoga, mobility, or core. 

Nearly all workouts are coach led with a programmed mix of interval, tempo, and hill runs in addition to general easy paced base mileage. We welcome all levels of experience from Walk/Run to Advanced Racers. 

We generally train to target local races, but welcome runners with a wide variety of experience/expectations. If you have a specific goal, let us know and we'll be happy to help you build for your target event.
