2026 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon Training Program
This option is appropriate for all distances during CHKM weekend. You can target the 5k on Saturday, the 2-4 person relay on Sunday, or the Half Marathon or Full Marathon on Sunday (just make sure to let coach know your intentions).
You'll have unrestricted access to all of our in-person workout options: Mondays and Wednesdays at 5am, Tuesdays at 545pm, and Saturdays at 8am. If those practices don't work for you, you're welcome to follow along on your own, but obviously we think there’s power in the group. With this program you'll also have access to multiple tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps, Community Chat Forum, and the Training Calendar). Note that membership does not include race registration fees. You must sign up for the CHKM event separately. However, your RunKNOX membership does provide a discount during other KTC events when you select RunKNOX as your Race Team affiliation.
Program bills as a month-to-month subscription, so you're welcome to join anytime between now and CHKM.
*For greatest success in marathoning, we recommend that you're accumulating at least 20 miles/week by the start of the program (spread out over 3-6 runs). While you can likely run a marathon on less total volume, we want to help you cross the finish line strong and healthy!
*For greatest success in the half marathon program, we recommend that you're comfortable participating in the 5k (3.1 mile) distance. While you can likely run a half marathon starting from less, we want to help you cross the finish line strong and healthy!
*For greatest success in the 5k or 4-person relay program, come as you are! No matter where you’re starting, we’re ready to help you reach the finish.

This is our traditional Knoxville TN based training group. We welcome runners of all abilities who want to accomplish distances from 1 mile to 26.2 miles. You'll have unrestricted access to all of our workout options. Generally that'll be Monday/Wednesday/Saturday morning runs, Tuesday evening runs, and various supplemental workout options (like strength, mobility, yoga, etc.) that change seasonally. Feel free to contact us for our current in-person schedule. With this trial you'll have access to all the tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps, Community Chat Forum, and a Training Calendar).
Group RunKNOX Subscription
Group RunKNOX Annual Membership
This is our traditional Knoxville TN based training group. We welcome runners of all abilities who want to accomplish distances from 1 mile to 26.2 miles. You'll have unrestricted access to all of our workout options. Contact us for our current schedule of in-person workouts. Meetings may vary seasonally, but we generally meet Monday/Wednesday/Saturday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and have various supplemental workouts (strength, mobility, yoga, etc.). With this subscription you'll have access to multiple tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps, Community Chat Forum, and a Training Calendar).
This is the same program as our monthly RunKNOX Subscription, but with an annual one time payment (at discounted rate) rather than monthly billing.
Individualized Programming
Do you have a bucket list item that you're trying to accomplish? Maybe you want to PR at an out of area event, get to NYC or Boston, or you just want more personal attention than we can give in our normal group based practices. We're now offering fully personalized programming to help you reach your individual goals. You'll have an assigned coach to guide you every step of the way.
In addition to your individualized material, just like regular RunKNOX, you'll
have unrestricted access to all of our group workout options (generally that's Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings) and access to
multiple tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps,
Community Chat Forum, and a Training Calendar). Seasonally this will also include access to any ongoing supplemental opportunities such as yoga or strength training.
