CHKM Half Marathon Training Program

Do you want to run your FIRST, or your FASTEST Half Marathon in Knoxville? Let us help! We'll spend 12 weeks
guiding you from where you are, to where you want to be.
Program
Dates are January 2, 2022 - March 27, 2022.
You'll
have unrestricted access to all of our workout options. Our current coach-led
schedule is: Monday 5am in-person Run, Tuesday 6pm in-person Run, Wednesday 5am
in-person Run, Monday/Thursday 6pm Mobility/Flexibility Class through PhysioLab, and
Saturday 730am in-person Run. With this program you'll have access to
multiple tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps,
Community Chat Forum, and a Training Calendar). Note that membership does not include race registration fees. You must sign up for the CHKM event separately.
*For
greatest success in the half marathon program, we recommend that you're comfortable participating in the 5k (3.1 mile) distance. While you
can likely run a half marathon starting from less, we want to help you cross the
finish line strong and healthy! Consider adding a month or two of our regular
