Do you have a bucket list item that you're trying to accomplish? Maybe you want to PR at an out of area event, get to NYC or Boston, or you just want more personal attention than we can give in our normal group based practices. We're now offering fully personalized programming to help you reach your individual goals. You'll have an assigned coach to guide you every step of the way.
In addition to your individualized material, just like regular RunKNOX, you'll have unrestricted access to all of our group workout options (our current schedule is: Monday 5am in-person Run, Tuesday 6pm in-person Run, Wednesday 5am in-person Run, Monday/Thursday 6pm Mobility/Flexibility Class through PhysioLab, and Saturday 730am in-person Run) and access to multiple tools within your Training Tilt Profile (Articles, Videos, Tips, Maps, Community Chat Forum, and a Training Calendar).*If you have specific questions regarding whether this is a good fit for your needs, please contact us.
